JR Kramer was given the opportunity to create a visual art installation for the North Charleston Arts Festival.  This festival runs from April 30th to May 8th.  During the festival you can see this outdoor installation located at the intersection of East Montague and Spruill Avenues in the Olde Village of North Charleston.

The title of the piece is “What is a Garden?”.  It explores two ideas simultaneously; both the idea of what a garden was from the beginning of time to now, and our perception of ‘Greenwashing’ in a culture where buzzwords trump realilty. Hope you make an opportunity to see the exhibit and many of the other fun events and exhibits with the North Charleston Arts Festival this year. http://northcharleston.org
